So here is what has been consuming a big part of our summer..... They've grown up haven't they? Actually, these little fowl friends have been quite fun. They are the most gentle and docile bird ever! When we take them out of their pen to play with them, they simply sit and wait to be held. Really, they have completely surprised me... I had visions of chasing chickens down our street yelling out things such as: "Fine! Leave! See what you get for dinner tonight! You sure won't be getting our gourmet bird seed!" But apparently they like our bird seed.
So, this afternoon I thought I'd let Max have his way with them..... Bad idea.
It wasn't long before "Mama" stepped in.
Seriously, she was so stressed out about letting Max have his way with her babies.... So the photo shoot ended.
