OK, It seems that lately we have been asked a lot of questions regarding "WHY we live so far away from home?" and "WHAT do we like about Michigan so much?"....Well, our answer to that is: "Hmmmmm, we're not exactly sure..." However, it has caused me to reflect on the fact that obviously we love something....because we've been here almost 13 years, and have no immediate plans of leaving. Now, Michigan has a bad reputation of having unbearably cold weather...(I must admit that even I was a bit worried about that when we moved out here). However, I would now beg to differ on that assumption. Being from Utah/Idaho, we are used to cold weather...and Michigan is NO different. Actually, if truth be told, the seasons are actually much more VIVID out here...Fall is more COLORFUL..Spring is BRIGHTER...Summer is Glorious!! and Winter is YES...COLD!! To prove this to my non-believing friends and family...I've attatched a mini slideshow that shows the MANY SEASONS that we have enjoyed in our 13+ years here in Michigan!! Enjoy!
