In light of the fact that we are beginning the 3rd year of our condo being for sale,
we did a bit of remodeling.
NOT FUN.
However, with that being said...
the end result ROCKS!
Here are a few "before" pictures... (actually, they were taken "after" the demolition...)

Here is Tom installing the floors.... what a man. (And I am referring not only his carpenter skills... but his skills to remain calm during MY not so calm moments.)
*OK, I'll admit, I was bit hard to live with during this project.
