Happy New Year everyone! I hope this finds you all doing...well...at least as "well" as you were in 2008. We haven't set goals yet.....we probably won't....there, I said it...NO GOALS. I guess it's just important to make each day a productive/worthwhile day in our lives. Right? Actually, we have decided that there are a few things that we would like to achieve in 2009...but more on that later.
Isabel isn't quite sure that she wants to go back to school tomorrow...I keep telling her that I'm happy to home-school her...but she isn't interested in that....I guess she wouldn't appreciate "Home" if she were "home-schooled" right? Anyway....life must resume back to "normal" tomorrow morning...bright and early. OK, 7:30am isn't exactly "bright and early"...but it sure seems "bright and early" compared to our lazy schedule that we've enjoyed for the past few weeks. Isabel and I actually have to get DRESSED tomorrow morning too...something we haven't done for the past few weeks either. Ok, Ok, I know what you're thinking...but we DID SHOWER everyday! We just put on clean pj's again. (Seriously!)
On a different note, next week is Isabel's 8th birthday. YIKES! It's seriously hard to imagine that she was just a bundle of baby in my tummy 8 years ago!! Both (sets) of parents and 2 of my siblings are going to fly/drive in for the event. She will also be baptized on that day. It will be a great day for her and all of us! (8 of us in our little condo....and my dad will be staying across the street at our neighbors....thanks George and Diana!) Close quarters to say the least!! Fun will be had by all!!
