Well, we've finally done it! We put the condo up for sale. It's official.... we've committed ourselves to Mount Pleasant Michigan. (That sounds oddly like a Psych unit doesn't it?) I know that may seem a bit backwards...right? However, we have a little piece of land that we bought a couple of years ago and have finally decided to build on it. That's where the commitment comes in....YIKES! I suppose it's not too late to back out...right? Actually, we're pretty excited about it. Tom and I have been planning our small "dream home" for the past year or so, and we are excited to make it finally happen. (That is, on the pending sale of the condo....kind of scary with the market being the way it is now!! (Not in our favor!)) Who knows what will happen....it could be this year...maybe next year!Stay warm everyone! As you can see from the picture....it's not thawing out anytime soon around here!!
